I'm a triple board-certified nurse practitioner in midwifery, family practice, and psychiatry (CNM, FNP, PMHNP). I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah in 2016 and have been providing care to individuals in the Salt Lake Valley in women's health, family practice, and psychiatric care since then.With a deep understanding of the intricate connection between physical, mental, and reproductive health, I specialize in reproductive psychiatry—helping individuals navigate the unique challenges that arise during menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.

Philosophy

Bonneville is known as the ancient lake that once covered the Salt Lake Valley. In French, it also means 'good village'. Achieving mental wellness takes a village, which includes care from professionals and supportive social networks.My role in your village of care is to gain a deep understanding of your struggles and work with you to develop a plan to achieve greater mental wellness. I provide this support through medication management, education, and lifestyle interventions. I believe in taking a holistic approach that considers your physical and mental well-being.
